ABOUT US!

We are registered with The Cat Fanciers Association (CFA) and The International Cat Association. (TICA) Our goal is to produce large, typey, healthy kittens with wonderful dispositions. We believe a great personality is one of the best traits of the Maine Coon and we pay special attention to the socializing of our kittens. Our kittens are raised underfoot and enjoy plenty of attention from our four children. We are also commited to maintain the emotional and physical health of our breeding adults. Content adults produce happy, healthy kittens.

Kane 8 MonthsWe actively show to promote the breed and to demonstrate conformance to the breed standard. Our cats come in an array of colors and their "look" ranges from moderate to extreme type and normally we do well in both associations. Pictured to the left is CFA GC, RW & Tica SCG, RW Dorwill Raisin' Kane of Coonalley. Kane was the 3rd Best Maine Coon Nationally in CFA during the 1997-1998 show season and was also a regional winner in Tica. Kane is a great representation of how we breed cats that are very acceptable in both organizations. It's unusual for a Maine Coon to be so competitive in both of these organizations, and we obviously are very proud that Kane was able to do so well!

We generally produce 2-3 litters per year. Our kittens are available to suitable homes for pet or show. Our cattery is Felv. & Fiv. neg. and our kittens are vaccinated and examined by our veterinarian prior to going to their new homes. We do guarantee them to be healthy, active and affectionate! Occasionally we have retired breeding/show cats for adoption to the right homes.
